Due to the nature of our supply chain, we at have very little influence over shipping times and backordered products. For this reason, some key items may be out of stock for extended periods. Some products have expected dates of arrival for new stock. These dates are based on our suppliers’ quotes. Unfortunately, sometimes shipping delays occur which will change the expected date of arrival. We try to keep these dates as accurate as possible; however, until the shipment is in Canada, we are unable to speed up the process in any way.

We research our new products extensively and due to the costs of bringing in new product, we always want to ensure that our selection will be popular. We encourage you to write to our sales department with any recommendations for new product you may have. The more recommendations we get for the same product, the more likely we are to bring it in.

Do You Install Upgrade Parts?

Yes, we can install upgrade parts. is not responsible for any damaged caused to your airsoft gun by any upgrade part. Our Technicians will assess the appropriateness of any upgrade parts before they are installed by a Technician. Upgrade parts purchased from and installed by anyone other than a Technician will have no warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What Is The Best Way To Contact

Part of the re-launching of is an attempt to better serve our customers. There are currently three ways to contact our staff: email, Live Chat, or phone. We will do our best to respond to emails received between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. MST, Tuesday through Saturday within 2 hours of receiving your email. Our phone line will be operated during regular business hours, Tuesday through Saturday. Please feel free to leave a voicemail if you are calling outside of regular business hours. Is There Any Chance Of My Order From Getting Seized Or Confiscated?

We 100% guarantee that your order will not be confiscated or seized. Any product for sale on our site has already cleared Canadian Customs and has been approved for sale in Canada. It will not encounter any further screening when ordering to a Canadian address.

Can I Order Airsoft Guns From Outside Of Canada?

While many companies from other countries will allow you to place orders from Canada, any gun attempting to be imported without proper licensing and adherence to Canadian Importation Laws will be confiscated. If you try to import a gun by yourself, you will most likely not receive it.

How Old Do You Have To Be To Buy/Own An Airsoft Gun?

If you are under the age of 18, we require permission from a parent or guardian for a minor to purchase products from If you do not have permission to buy products online on your own, a parent/guardian will need to purchase products for you.

While minors are permitted to own airsoft guns, the use of an airsoft gun by a minor must be supervised. Goggles or safety glasses must be worn at all times during play. Particular caution must be used when playing with all-black guns. Please keep all orange barrel markers intact to ensure the public knows you are using a toy.

Since all products on our site are for purchase by customers 18 years of age or older; all shipments require an Adult (18+) Signature upon delivery. If nobody at the parcel’s destination can sign and prove age of majority for Canada Post or UPS, the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office or depot for pick up by an Adult (18+). If the parcel is not picked up at the post office within 2 weeks, it will be returned to Surcharges and Additional Shipping Fees will apply for packages to be re-sent, or a Re-Stocking Fee will be applied and a partial refund issued.


How much is shipping?

Shipping will vary on product weight and the destination of the order. Once your order is placed and you have selected your shipping type you will be given your total cost for your order including shipping and GST.

Do You Ship Internationally? Can ship into the USA as long as the product meets USA import. Please note that additional modification charges may be required to ship into the USA please contact us for further information.

What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?

Our standard shipping method is Canada Post Expedited. Canada Post Xpresspost and Priority Courier options are available for an additional cost. We also offer UPS Standard, Expedited, and Express shipping options.

I Live in Canada, Do You Ship To Me? caters to customers currently residing within Canadian borders. Because we ship through Canada Post, we can ship to rural residences and PO Boxes. If you live in Canada with a proper address, we can ship to you.

Why Is My Canada Post Tracking Number Not Working?

You must allow 36 hours to pass after receiving your tracking number, as it will not be active before these 36 hours have passed. If it has been well over 36 hours, email us and we will double check that you have the correct tracking number and will direct you with further instructions from there.

My Tracking Number Says My Order Was Successfully Delivered, But I Still Have Not Received It?

Please email us all your order information and all details pertaining to the problems you are experiencing with Canada Post. We will direct you with further instructions from there.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

Our warehouse processes orders Tuesday through Friday and is closed on the weekends. We do our best to ensure all orders placed within regular business hours are shipped out of our warehouse within 24 hours of the funds being secured. Any orders placed on a weekend will be processed the next regular business day. You will be notified by email if there is a chance your order could be delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances (ie. customer information verification, underage customer, unclear shipping information, etc.).

Canada Post guarantees Expedited shipping within 9-10 business days. Our Express shipping methods take a maximum of 4-6 business days. Depending on your location in Canada, you may receive the order in as few as 2 days or next day delivery. UPS shipping options will generally be faster, depending on the service purchased.

When you are in the process of placing an order and you have chosen your shipping method, you will receive an estimated delivery date as well.

I Placed My Order Last Week And It Does Not Look Like It Has Been Shipped Yet, What Is Going On?

If you have placed your order and have used your Debit as your payment through PayPal, it will need to go through a bit more extensive verifying process and will take longer to verify than other methods of payment. Please refer to Paypal to double check the payment verification times. If your payment was verified, and still looks like it had no movement please contact us and let us know. We will do our best to help you out.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

PayPal also gives customers the option to link a debit account to their PayPal account. If you do not wish to use PayPal, we offer direct credit card payment over the phone. also accepts credit cards over the phone. Interac E-transfers (EMT) are also a payment method available to our customers. To pay via EMT, build your order and select “Interac EMT” as a payment method. What Is The Total Cost (Product(s) + Shipping + Taxes) Going To Be For Everything?

Due to Canadian law, tax rates for online purchases are now calculated based on the shipping destination. This means in order to see your cost with Tax you will need to register and be logged in or in your cart with a set shipping and billing address.

What Do I Do If I Want To Return A Product?

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days for an Exchange. These items must remain unopened and in their original condition. Products being returned are only eligible for exchange or store credit. No refunds will be given. also cannot refund original shipping fees. There will also be a 15% restocking fee applied to all products being returned.
