GATE Electronics have released their newest generation of AEG MOSFET units. The PicoSSR 3 is the smallest AEG MOSFET available on the market (4mm x 6mm x 21mm). The PicoSSR 3 has been updated with better electrical and mechanical parameters and is resistant to submersion in water.
The PicoSSR is an electronic circuit designed for installation in airsoft AEGs. It eliminates energy loss which occurs when mechanical trigger contacts touch each other. It protects your AEG by preventing trigger burn-out. The PicoSSR MOSFET technology takes any excess battery energy and directs it into the motor, preventing arcing in the trigger contacts and resulting in increased trigger response.
